You’re Not the Only One
Whew, it’s a dusty mess around here! I’ve been busy filling up all those hours I used to use on a day job. Writing, gardening, writing, hanging out with grandkids, writing, getting ready for The Pottery Festival, writing…. which brings me to some exciting news:
This book is now ready for distribution, and I have a story in there! How exciting. You can read more about how it came about on Peach’s blog. Because the proceeds from this blog benefit the War Child fund, I’m going to ask you to buy the book. The contributors donated their stories, the organizers donated their time, it’s possible the publisher will donate their fee…a lot of kids benefit from this project when you purchase the book.
It’s gonna take me days to catch up with everyone! While I’ve been goofing off enjoying the summer, friends have retired from blogging, moved to Kentucky…(KENTUCKY, FAB? Jeesh) and who knows what all else. If you’re bored and want to see what else has been keeping me busy go check out the pottery festival blog.
